The jaw crusher mainly consists of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large belt pulley, a flywheel, a side guard plate, an elbow plate, an elbow plate back seat, a gap adjustment screw, a reset spring, a fixed jaw plate, and a movable jaw plate.
The jaw crusher adopts a curved extrusion crushing method. During operation, the electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, thereby pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. The material is crushed multiple times through squeezing, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaw plates; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases. The moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the crushed material is freely discharged through the discharge port at the lower part of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the moving jaw performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving mass production.
